Privacy Policy

We collect only two kinds of data: what you send us yourself through the forms, and what is gathered automatically as you browse.

Data you submit in forms

When you request a quotation we store your name, mobile number, email address (optional), city, district, service required, property type, approximate area, approximate budget, and any notes you write. When you book a consultation we store your name, mobile number, email address and the appointment time. We never ask for bank details or a national ID number, and you should not send them through these forms.

Data collected automatically

The site uses measurement tools that record details of the visit itself: the pages you viewed, the time of the visit, your device and browser type, language, and an approximate location inferred from your IP address. This begins on your first visit to the site.

Form data is used for one purpose: to contact you about your enquiry, prepare your quotation and arrange a site visit. Measurement data is used to understand and improve how the site performs, and to measure our advertising. We do not sell your data to anyone, and we do not use it for marketing unrelated to your enquiry.

We share the minimum necessary with the service providers below, and with no one else:

• WhatsApp (Meta) — to send confirmation and follow-up to the mobile number you provided.
• Microsoft 365 — to send email relating to your enquiry.
• Google Analytics — website traffic statistics.
• TikTok pixel — measuring the effectiveness of our advertising.
• Cloudflare — site security, performance and visit statistics.

Measurement data may be processed by these companies outside the Kingdom, under their own privacy policies.

The site uses cookies necessary for it to function, together with cookies set by the measurement and advertising tools listed above, which operate from your first visit. You can delete or block these from your browser settings; some features of the site may be affected.

We keep quotation and booking records for as long as there is an existing or prospective business relationship with you, and for as long as our legal and accounting obligations require. Data is held on a secured server, and encrypted backups are stored off-site. You may ask us to delete your data at any time.

Under the Personal Data Protection Law you have the right to:

• Know what data we hold about you and receive a copy of it.
• Have inaccurate data corrected.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Withdraw your consent at any time.
• Lodge a complaint with the competent authority in the Kingdom.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.

The whole site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to customer data is limited to company staff through password-protected accounts, and every action on that data is logged. Location data is stripped from any photograph uploaded to the site before it is published.
